On April 29, Koskie Minsky LLP met with the court-appointed retired judge , an independent third party, the Honourable Herman J. Wilton-Siegel, to review a set of questions that will help him determine which law firm should be appointed to represent us.
We felt the meeting went well and that it was a productive, positive step forward in the process. The independent third party is expected to give his recommendation to the Court by the end of next week.

KM held an online information session for interested employees and retirees on April 28, 2025, where the KM legal team brought us up to date on the court proceedings and next steps.
